What You Will Do:

• You advise our customers on the digitalization of their customer processes with the Microsoft Power Platform and develop sustainable solution strategies together.
• You analyze technical and functional requirements, moderate workshops, and translate customer needs into modern solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder.
• You are responsible for the conception and implementation of Power Platform solutions (focus on Dynamics 365) and accompany customers from the idea through implementation to successful go-live.
• You recognize opportunities for automation, digitalization, and AI early on and develop pragmatic solution approaches with measurable added value.
• You work closely with customers, project managers, architects, and engineers, ensuring that solutions are technically and functionally convincing.
• You actively bring new ideas, trends, and innovations from the Microsoft ecosystem into the team and continuously develop your expertise.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, or Lead Consultant in the Power Platform, CRM, or Microsoft Cloud environment.
• Experience with the Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or comparable platforms.
• Enthusiasm for modern technologies and innovations in the Microsoft environment.
• Solid knowledge in solution architecture, integration, data models, and cloud technologies.
• Enjoyance in making complex technical relationships understandable and advising customers on an equal footing.
• Strong communication and organizational skills as well as confident demeanor towards different stakeholders.
• High self-motivation, pragmatic solution orientation, and the ambition to create sustainable added value for customers.
• IT background and ideally a (specialist) university degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field.
• Excellent German and very good English skills.
• Work location Zurich, Bern, or Basel with flexible working models.
