About the Position
Senior Solution Architect Stibo STEP
Join Sii as an experienced Stibo STEP Solution Architect on a project for a multinational healthcare company that develops and markets medical devices, aiming to improve the lives of people with intimate health conditions.
In this role, you will become part of the MDM & Quality Solutions Department and take ownership of designing and delivering high-quality IT solutions within the STEP platform, working at the intersection of business and technology – translating complex requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient solutions while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing end-to-end solutions within the Stibo STEP platform based on business requirements
- Collaborating with Domain Architects to define and execute architectural strategy and design principles
- Evaluating new requirements and proposing scalable, secure, and efficient technical solutions
- Leading technical decision-making by balancing business needs, risks, and system constraints
- Reviewing and approving solution designs, documentation, and validation processes
- Acting as the main technical point of contact for 2nd and 3rd level STEP support issues
- Driving improvements in system performance and process efficiency across STEP applications
- Designing and supporting integrations between STEP and internal/external systems
- Leading deployment, monitoring, and operational processes for STEP solutions
- Communicating with stakeholders and vendors, ensuring alignment and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Demonstrating proven experience in working as a Solution Architect or in a similar senior technical role
- Proven track record of minimum 5-7 years of experience in STIBO STEP system development and design
- Understanding Master Data Management and data governance principles
- Applying knowledge of system integration, APIs, and enterprise application architecture
- Translating business requirements into scalable and effective technical solutions
- Working within Agile (Scrum) environments and cross-functional teams
- Demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders and managing expectations
- Creating and maintaining high-quality technical documentation and solution designs
- Using English fluently in both spoken and written communication
- Tax residency in Ukraine is required
Salary
6000-8000 PLN per hour
