About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Consultant to lead the complete RFP/RFI lifecycle from initial client engagement through successful project kick-off. You will design tailored technology solutions to complex business challenges, develop winning commercial proposals, and serve as a trusted advisor guiding stakeholders through decision-making processes. This role demands exceptional communication skills, deep technical expertise, and the ability to excel in dynamic environments.
Office remote
Locations: European Union, Georgia, Lithuania, Poland
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end RFP/RFI processes from initial engagement through project kick-off
- Conduct presentations and solution demonstrations for C-level executives and technical teams
- Analyze complex business challenges and design tailored technology solutions
- Evaluate and recommend optimal technologies and implementation approaches
- Develop comprehensive project scoping, resource planning, and communication strategies
- Prepare compelling commercial proposals that clearly articulate value propositions
- Handle contract negotiations and various contractual arrangements
- Launch and oversee large-scale projects from conception to delivery
Requirements
- Fluent English for executive-level written and verbal communication
- 5+ years in solution consulting, technical sales, or client-facing roles
- Domain expertise in at least one business vertical with current market knowledge: Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI), Healthcare, Retail, or Manufacturing
- Deep understanding of technology landscapes and software solutions architecture
- Advanced presentation skills with proven success engaging diverse audiences
- Current knowledge of industry challenges, client expectations, and competitive solutions landscape
- Ability to assess project complexity, scope, and resource requirements for any scale initiative
- Risk assessment and mitigation capabilities
- Experience launching large-scale projects
- Exceptional client management with proven ability to manage expectations in complex scenarios
- Independent decision-making authority
- Risk management experience
- Advanced conflict resolution skills for challenging client situations
- Strong initiative and self-motivation
- Strong business acumen with commercial mindset
- Excellent stakeholder management across all organizational levels

- Proven track record of winning competitive RFPs worth $500K+
- Master degree in relevant field (Management, Engineering, Business, etc.)
