About the Position

Senior Solution Data Architect

As a Senior Solution Data Architect, you will be responsible for defining and evolving the data architectures of our clients, supporting the realization of modern, scalable, and business-oriented Data Platforms.

You will work closely with technical and business stakeholders, contributing to both project initiatives and pre-sales activities, promoting the adoption of best practices in Data Management, Data Governance, and Data Quality.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop modern and scalable Enterprise Data Platforms.
• Define end-to-end data architectures ensuring quality, reliability, and sustainability of solutions.
• Support pre-sales activities, RFI, RFP, workshops, demos, and Proof of Concept (PoC).
• Identify opportunities for solution evolution and upselling to clients.
• Identify and document areas of improvement in processes, architectures, and operational models.
• Analyze and mitigate architectural risks, ensuring monitoring throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technological solutions.
• Facilitate stakeholder relationships and support the resolution of any project issues.
• Contribute to the growth of internal competencies through mentoring, coaching, and training activities.
• Promote innovation and experimentation with new technologies in the Data, AI, and Analytics fields.

Requirements

Technical Skills

• Solid experience in designing enterprise data architectures.
• Advanced experience in Data Management and Data Governance.
• In-depth knowledge of major tools for Data Governance (IBM IGC, Informatica Axon, Enterprise Data Catalog, or equivalents); Data Quality (Informatica IDQ, Irion, or similar tools).
• Experience in managing and monitoring Machine Learning models in production.
• Excellent knowledge of data modeling techniques, including Data Vault; Star Schema (Fact & Dimension); Entity Relationship (ER); Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD).
• Experience in defining Data Quality and Metadata Management frameworks.
• Good knowledge of Project Management methodologies, estimation, and Risk Analysis.
• Familiarity with collaboration and documentation tools such as Confluence.
• Excellent ability to produce technical, functional, and architectural documentation.

We Offer

• Salary range: 72k - 88k + variable + benefits.
• The position will be defined during the selection phase based on the profile and in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Tertiary Distribution and Services sector.
• The specific compensation, including any variable elements (such as MBO) or additional benefits, will depend on the evaluation of the profile against the position requirements.
