Your Impact

Als Senior Solution Engineer - SAP SuccessFactors öffentlicher Dienst (m/w/d) unterstützt du unsere Kunden im öffentlichen Sektor bei der Einführung moderner HR-Softwarelösungen und trägst zur digitalen Transformation im Personalbereich bei.

• Consulting and Implementation: Du berätst unsere Kunden im öffentlichen Sektor bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von SAP SuccessFactors und übernimmst eine führende Rolle in der Gestaltung und Umsetzung nachhaltiger HR Prozesslösungen.
• Responsibility: Du übernimmst die Leitung eines Workstreams in HR-IT Implementierungsprojekten für den öffentlichen Sektor.
• Variety of Tasks: Du analysierst Anforderungen, gestaltest HR-Prozesse, erarbeitest Lösungsvorschläge und implementierst SuccessFactors bei unseren Kunden im öffentlichen Sektor.
• Knowledge Sharing: Du gibst dein Fach-, und Sektorwissen weiter, coachst juniorige Teammitglieder und arbeitest funktionsübergreifend mit Kolleg:innen aus HR-Bereichen wie Change Management zusammen.
• Development: Die Erweiterung deines Know-hows in agilen Arbeitsmethoden, HR-IT-Konzepten und Projektmanagement ist in dieser Position der Schlüssel zum Erfolg.

Your Skillset

• University degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or Natural Sciences and at least 3 years of experience in the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors in the public sector or at a consulting firm
• Experience in leading a workstream within an HR transformation in one or more SuccessFactors modules including relevant certification
• Knowledge of the public sector and digital trends and the ability to integrate new technologies into HR processes
• Strong skills in analytical thinking and problem-solving, confident presentation, customer and performance orientation
• German and English very good in speech and writing
