Senior Solutions Engineer, ITSM, DACH

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer, ITSM, DACH to join our team in Germany. This is a remote position, and you must be located in Germany. In this role, you will work closely with enterprise sales teams and channel partners to understand the needs of Atlassian’s customers. You will strategize on how to navigate winning sales cycles, provide compelling value-based demonstrations, support enterprise Proof of Concepts, and ultimately close business.

Responsibilities

• Work closely together with our cross-functional teams to drive the customer journey
• Work with your team to investigate, discover, and assess client pain points and map client business and technical requirements to Atlassian capabilities
• Partner with sales management to align the overall account plan and customer outcomes
• Deliver deeply compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proof of concepts to customers and prospects
• Work with product management to advance Atlassian’s product line and provide customer feedback

Requirements

• 4 or more years of experience interacting with enterprise customers in a pre-sales or consulting capacity
• Proven track record of delivering successful customer outcomes
• Ability to build trusted relationships with different stakeholders
• Deep knowledge and understanding of the ITSM/ESM domain, or AI capabilities related to service management
• Extensive experience working with the DACH market
• Fluency in German and English
• Equally comfortable in both a business and technical context
