About the Position
Grafana Labs, the company behind Grafana Cloud, is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join our fully remote team in Spain. As a customer-facing product expert, you will play a crucial role in educating and supporting our global customer base, ensuring their success with our observability platform.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Sales team to articulate Grafana's value proposition and strategy to customers.
- Own technical engagements with customers, helping to close complex opportunities.
- Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to provide feedback on our products and the competitive landscape.
- Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems.
- Work with the team to enhance documentation, write blog posts, record videos, contribute to the knowledge base, and create other enablement materials.
Requirements
- 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience
- Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Passion for solving technical challenges and bringing creative solutions to customers.
- Technical mindset and a desire to grow technically.
- Must be located in Spain.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space.
- Experience with sales methodologies like MEDD(P)ICC.
Compensation & Rewards
In Spain, the OTE (On-Target Earnings) compensation range for this role is EUR 107,000 - EUR 132,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset. All roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), giving every team member ownership in Grafana Labs' success.
