Responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales team to articulate the Grafana value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers.
• Own technical engagement with customers and help close complex opportunities through advanced competitive knowledge, technical skill, and credibility.
• Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to provide feedback on our products and the competitive landscape.
• Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems.
• Work with the team to enhance documentation, write blog posts, record videos, contribute knowledge base articles, and create other enablement materials.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience
• Open to various and complex assignments, requiring strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership.
• First-class written and oral communication skills to collaborate with remote-first internal teams and worldwide customers.
• Love solving technical challenges and thrive on bringing creative solutions to customers.
• Technical mindset and a desire to grow technically.
• Must be located in Sweden.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space.
• Experience with sales methodologies like MEDD(P)ICC.

Compensation & Rewards

In Sweden, the OTE (On-Target Earnings) compensation range for this role is SEK 1,119,000 - SEK 1,400,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. All roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), giving every team member ownership in Grafana Labs' success.
