About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Specialist - Package Implementation for Oracle EBS CRM with expertise in Incentive Compensation, Service Contracts, and Installed Base.
Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives involving:
- Incentive Compensation
- Service Contracts
- Installed Base
- Provide oversight for:
- Customizations and extensions
- Interfaces and integrations
- Data migration activities
- Reporting and analytics solutions
- Performance optimization initiatives
- Review and guide development using:
- SQL
- PLSQL
- Oracle Forms
- Oracle Reports
- BI Publisher
- Oracle Workflow
- APIs and Open Interfaces
- Define integration architecture between Oracle EBS and:
- ERP applications
- CRM platforms
Requirements
- Expertise in Oracle EBS
- Strong knowledge in CRM
- Proficiency in Incentive Compensation, Service Contracts, and Installed Base
- Experience with SQL, PLSQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, Oracle Workflow, APIs, and Open Interfaces
