About the Position
We are looking for a Senior Staff Engineer, Java Fullstack to join our dynamic team at Nagarro. If you are passionate about driving innovative solutions and have a strong background in Java, Spring, and modern web frameworks, we want you on our team.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend services
- Collaborate with frontend teams to ensure seamless integration
- Mentor junior developers and guide them through complex technical challenges
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in programming roles using Java
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Experience in Spring Core, Spring Boot, Hibernate
- Experience in Angular, React or other JS frameworks
- Comfortable with Object-oriented programming, microservices, and cloud development
- Comfortable using agile methodologies
- Comfortable using modern tools and platforms such as Docker, Jenkins, Gitlab CI, etc.
