About the Position
Senior Staff Product Marketing Specialist
Renesas JP is seeking a Senior Staff Product Marketing Specialist to join our team in Lowell, Massachusetts. This role is fully remote and requires the candidate to be based in the Boston area. In this position, you will drive channel engagements for our industrial solutions, focusing on channel meetings, mass market customers, and driving application-level business opportunities through early customer engagement. Your focus will be on the industrial market, including applications in Building and Industrial Automation.
Responsibilities

Channel Engagement Planning
- Collaborate with Product Groups and Solutions Team to plan release schedules.
- Develop marketing plans around release schedules.
- Work with Sales to create engagement plans.

Customer Engagement & Opportunity Development
- Present at distributor offices.
- Conduct workshops with distributors and customers on new solutions and NPI’s.
- Support the team in building relationships with key accounts and ecosystem partners.
- Identify solution-level and product-level opportunities and differentiation across key industrial segments.

Solution Enablement & Evangelism
- Direct the promotion and positioning of application-focused solutions.
- Champion cross-business solution initiatives at a strategic level.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Facilitate collaboration between the BD team, field sales, FAEs, marketing, and business units.
- Represent the regional voice in corporate planning and solution development.
- Provide market intelligence back to business units.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or technical sales.
- Skills:
- Deep understanding of the Industrial market, with experience in Building Automation, Industrial Automation, or Energy sectors.
- Proven ability to follow up on leads and develop relationships in the field.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.

- Compensation: Expected annual pay range of $150K - $190K.
