(Senior) System Engineer (m/f/d) - Network Solutions

Responsibilities

• Analysis, design, planning, and commissioning of IT infrastructures
• System support for our customers
• Troubleshooting technical issues
• Coordination and alignment of technical topics with our customers
• Technical support and system life-cycle changes at customer sites
• Creation of technical documentation
• Supporting the sales team during the pre-sales phase

Qualifications

• Knowledge of current network technologies and solutions
• Completed degree in a technical field or comparable IT training
• Solid knowledge of fabric technologies, NAC, and classic LAN architectures, complemented by experience with monitoring solutions
• Experience in network analysis, monitoring, and management
• Relevant certifications are a plus
• Customer-oriented and structured approach, combined with a proactive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Good command of English and German
