Responsibilities
- Analyse von Problem Reports (PR) auf Systemebene
- Koordination und Nachverfolgung von PR-/CR-Aktivitäten im Projekt
- Erstellung und Aufbereitung von Defekt-Statistiken (z. B. Burn-down Charts, Velocity-Diagramme) für interne und externe Kommunikation
- Überwachung und Steuerung von Defects aus allen Verifikations- und Validierungsbereichen (z. B. HW, SW, Test, Fahrzeug, Kunde)
- Schnittstellenabstimmung mit relevanten Stakeholdern unter Berücksichtigung klar abgegrenzter Verantwortlichkeiten im SW-PR/CR-Management
Requirements
- Erfahrung in Projektarbeit und -steuerung
- Kenntnisse im Automotive-Produktentstehungsprozess (PEP, SEP)
- Gute Kenntnisse von Entwicklungsprozessen, -werkzeugen und relevanten Tools (z. B. Jira, DOORS, SAP, agile Methoden)
- Ausgeprägte analytische und technische Fähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Kommunikations- sowie Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
- Überzeugungsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Verhandlungsgeschick
