About the Position

The Automotive practice inside DXC Luxoft delivers software projects to a majority of the world's car manufacturers and suppliers for both personal and commercial vehicles. We are known for our Automotive software expertise and for helping our customers with high quality services and deliveries. Currently, we are growing for our Swedish customers and are looking for Functional Safety experts to join our team. You will be part of our growing organization in Sweden and will be part of developing next generation systems for the Automotive industry in the era of connected, autonomous, electric vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Functional Safety implementation of electronic vehicle functions as per the Safety process at System and Software level, which includes Safety Concept definition and Safety Management activities.
- Lead and perform system safety work products e.g., TSC, Safety Case, HARA.
- Lead and perform software related work products, safety requirements, safety architecture, etc.
- Lead and perform Safety Analysis like FMEA, FTA, DFA.
- Perform verification and confirmation reviews.
- Support in implementation of Safety process in the project.
Requirements
- Must have
- Qualification as AFSP (Automotive Functional Safety Professional) from SGS-TÜV Saar or a comparable qualification from an accredited provider.
- At least 3 years of continuous practical experience as a moderator for the implementation of H&Rs, FMEA, FTA according to ISO26262.
- Senior System Safety competence (ISO 26262 - Part 3, Part 4, HARA).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge and experience from working with suppliers and working in an international environment.
- Experience with Team Center.
- Experience with Car/System Weaver.
- Soft skills
- Team players, practical and pragmatic by nature.
- Great communication skills to successfully advise and support the organization.
Nice to Have
- VDA standard VDA702 (Situation Catalog E-Parameter according to ISO26262-3), or VDA Part 4 (fault tree analyses).
- Driver licence.
