About the Position
We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer (Okta) to join our European automotive marketplace team. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of online car markets and enhancing the user experience for millions of car buyers and sellers.
Responsibilities
- Improve the stability and reliability of Okta operations
- Reduce manual access management through automation
- Develop more efficient and scalable lifecycle processes
- Support and maintain our Okta environment (SSO, MFA, lifecycle, integrations)
- Improve joiner/mover/leaver processes and reduce manual effort
- Implement automation using Okta Workflows (or similar)
- Troubleshoot and resolve identity-related issues
- Document changes and support knowledge transfer
Requirements
Must-Have:
- Strong, recent hands-on experience with Okta Workforce Identity
- Experience with: SSO (SAML, OIDC), SCIM provisioning, MFA and conditional access policies, Lifecycle Management (JML processes)
- Experience with Okta Workflows (or similar automation tooling)
- Strong troubleshooting capability across authentication and provisioning issues
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to Okta Identity Governance (OIG)
- Experience in improving lifecycle processes and reducing manual access handling
