About the Position

Senior Tableau Developer (f/m/x)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tableau Developer to join our Data & Analytics team in Kraków, Poland, on a contract basis. The person in this role will be responsible for designing, developing, validating, and releasing high-quality Tableau dashboards for marketing and commercial business intelligence products.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into clear technical dashboard requirements and visual concepts
• Design data model specifications and cooperate closely with Data Engineering teams
• Build intuitive, scalable Tableau dashboards aligned with modern UI/UX standards
• Optimize dashboard performance for large datasets using Tableau best practices
• Validate dashboard logic and data accuracy using advanced SQL
• Support deployment across Development, Staging, and Production environments
• Lead UAT activities and secure final business sign-off

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in BI/Tableau development
• Expert knowledge of Tableau Desktop, Tableau Cloud/Server, and Tableau Prep
• Strong SQL skills, including window functions, CTEs, and complex joins
• Experience with performance optimization, calculated fields, parameters, and row-level security
• Good understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and Star/Snowflake schemas
• Previous work with enterprise Dev/Prod publishing pipelines
• Very good English communication skills and a consultative approach to stakeholders
• Working 2 days per week from the office in Cracow

Nice to Have

• Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) and leading UAT sessions
