Responsibilities

• Partner with Managing Directors and senior stakeholders across Keyrus entities, turning business plans into clear hiring strategies backed by real market data
• Source, engage and attract top talent in Data, AI and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), with a primary focus on the French market and support for other EMEA markets when needed
• Recruit the profiles that power intelligent systems: AI and ML engineers, data engineers, data scientists, data architects and AI consultants
• Use AI-enabled sourcing and talent intelligence tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights, AI sourcing platforms, ATS automation) to identify and reach the right talent faster and more precisely
• Combine these tools with advanced human sourcing methods: headhunting, X-ray and Boolean search, growth hacking and deep networking
• Produce talent market insights on skills availability, salary trends, and competitor activity to guide where and how Keyrus hires
• Build and maintain talent pools in our core technologies, so entities can staff new client projects quickly
• Lead and deliver recruitment projects, managing the full recruitment cycle from intake to offer
• Run competency-based interviews that assess both technical depth in data and AI and consulting skills, with human judgment at the heart of every hiring decision
• Strengthening the Keyrus employer brand with data and AI communities through content, networking and community engagement
• Share your expertise in AI-enabled recruitment and help grow TA capabilities across the group

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent by experience
• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally with a headhunting background
• Proven success sourcing and hiring technical profiles in Data, AI, and Digital
• Experience recruiting for the French market
• Advanced sourcing skills: headhunting, Boolean / X-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter
• Hands-on use of AI-enabled recruitment and talent intelligence tools in your daily work
• Fluent English and French (written and spoken)

Nice to Have

• Experience recruiting in other EMEA markets
• Any additional language (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch)
• Background in Resource Management (in-house, MSP or RPO), ideally with nearshore/offshore recruitment experience
• Experience recruiting EPM profiles
• Experience with recruitment analytics and reporting dashboards
• Experience recruiting for consulting firms or professional services
