Distribusion Technologies is the world’s leading ground transportation marketplace, providing seamless access to ground transportation online. We connect bus, rail, and ferry operators in over 70 countries with major online retailers like Google Maps and Booking.com. We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and help us shape the future of travel by engaging and hiring talented members across all business areas.

Responsibilities

• Own hiring end-to-end, from intake through offer, primarily for the Product team.
• Work closely with hiring managers and Product leadership to refine requirements and ensure high-quality hires.
• Develop sourcing strategies using Boolean, referrals, networking, and competitive intelligence.
• Maintain pipelines for critical and recurring roles to ensure readiness.
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing and maintain consistent assessment practices.
• Utilize hiring data to improve recruitment processes.
• Keep the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurate and support employer branding.

Requirements

• 5+ years in talent acquisition with full-cycle ownership.
• Strong Product hiring track record.
• Breadth across Tech and Business hiring.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Proven pipeline of both active and passive candidates.
• Data fluency and ability to use data to drive decisions.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, global, diverse start-up environment.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
