Responsibilities
- Executive Search – from market analysis to support at the final stages
- Headhunting and direct search using modern tools and approaches
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with industry leaders
- Assessment of experience, leadership and management competencies, collection of recommendations
- Partnership with managers in strategic selection issues
- Implementation of new approaches to finding, assessing and attracting talents
Requirements
- Experience in executive search, headhunting – from 3 years
- Proficiency in direct search tools – Boolean Search, X-Ray, talent mapping
- Deep understanding of the labor market and the ability to assess the level of candidates
- Strong communication skills, ability to persuade and conduct complex negotiations
- High level of ethics and ability to work with confidential information
- System thinking, independence and focus on results
