About the Position

Senior GTM Recruiter

Location: Canada

At Cloudbeds, we're transforming hospitality with our intelligently designed platform that powers properties across 150 countries, processing billions in bookings annually. We're looking for a Senior Talent Partner (Recruiter) based in North America to own hiring across one of our most strategically important markets. Your primary focus will be GTM, covering outbound Sales, Customer Growth, Sales Operations, and Sales Enablement. You'll be a trusted partner to hiring managers and a true ambassador for Cloudbeds in the North American talent market.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-cycle hiring process for GTM roles across North America
• Run competitor-focused sourcing campaigns to identify and engage passive candidates
• Build trusted, consultative relationships with hiring managers at all levels
• Manage the hiring process through Greenhouse, maintaining clean data and keeping stakeholders informed at every stage
• Stay current on North American compensation benchmarks, competitor talent movements, and GTM hiring trends

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a high-growth SaaS or technology company
• Demonstrated ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders up to C-Suite level
• Strong track record hiring across GTM functions, including outbound Sales, Operations, and Enablement
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other sourcing tools
• Excellent English, both written and verbal

Nice to Have

• Experience hiring for hospitality technology or a vertical SaaS business
• Track record of building structured sourcing processes
• Familiarity with sales talent assessment methodologies or competency-based interview frameworks
