About the Position
Genesis is an ecosystem of product IT companies focused on building global innovative products. The products created in the Genesis ecosystem have been downloaded over 1 billion times. Every month, tens of millions of people from around the world use them.
We are looking for an experienced Talent Sourcer who will turn sourcing into a strategic advantage for the ecosystem - through analytics, AI, and direct influence on business decisions.
This is a role with a high level of autonomy and strategic impact - not sourcing in the traditional sense, but a function that shapes how we find, analyze, and attract the strongest people for the development of the Genesis ecosystem. You will not just be looking for candidates - you will be building a systemic understanding of talent markets, implementing AI at every level of sourcing, and acting as a true advisor to the business on who and how can move the company forward.
You will:
- Be responsible for sourcing in its entirety - from the search strategy to the quality pipeline of candidates for roles with a direct impact on the development of the ecosystem, including executive-level.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of talent markets in terms of strategic roles - build a systemic mapping of the competitive environment, identify key players, and based on research, provide clear recommendations to stakeholders regarding the realism and strategy of hiring.
- Act as an advisor to hiring managers - help shape role profiles, ask the right questions, and influence decisions before the search starts, not after.
- Be responsible for the direction of talent attraction in sourcing: formulate a strategy for promoting roles, effectively use available resources, and collaborate with the Genesis PR team to enhance the employer brand at points of contact with target candidates.
- Strategically influence the selection and setup of AI tools in recruitment - work closely with the internal AI development team, test solutions, and build a sourcing infrastructure that minimizes routine and improves the quality of the pipeline.
Your expertise:
- Experience in sourcing for at least 3 years, preferably in an in-house product company or agency focused on complex roles.
- Experience working with executive or high-impact roles.
- Deep understanding of market mapping approaches, talent intelligence, and competitive environment analysis.
- Confident work with AI tools - both as a user and as a person who can evaluate them from the process and impact perspective.
- Ability and willingness to influence: persuade, set direction, shape stakeholder expectations.
- Analytical thinking and a habit of relying on data rather than intuition.
Important about the role:
- You will be one of the key players shaping the hiring approach at Genesis - and your influence will be felt at the ecosystem level, not just individual vacancies.
- You will have direct interaction with stakeholders and the AI development team - not through intermediaries.
- The roles you work with directly impact where the businesses within Genesis are headed.
- You will not be an executor of the process, but its architect.
