Discover in concrete terms what a Senior Corporate Tax Advisory at EY does

Within the team, you will have the opportunity to deal with:

Advisory to companies in all phases of the tax life cycle (at national level);
Tax advice on direct taxes (IRES/IRAP);
Extraordinary corporate transactions (mergers, spin-offs, contributions and transfers of business, sales/exchanges of shares, etc.);
Optimization of taxation in domestic corporate reorganizations and advisory on Italian tax issues;
Preparation of declarative models;
Support to colleagues in the audit review of the tax area;
Support on tax issues related to the internationalization process.

To start, we are looking for a senior professional with the following technical and personal skills:

One and a half years of experience gained in a Professional Firm and/or Tax Assistance Centers
Degree in Economics/Law and possible participation in a Tax Law Master (welcome but not necessary)
Excellent knowledge of the English language, written and spoken (collaboration with foreign colleagues and clients will be daily)
Good knowledge of the Office package
Possible knowledge of Profis/Caf Doc or similar software

To start, we are looking for a senior professional with the following technical and personal skills:

Specialist degree in Economics;
3 to 5 years of experience in similar roles;
Good knowledge of Tax Law;
Good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken);
Excellent knowledge of the Office package;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
Teamworking attitude.
