Senior Team and Delivery Leader (m/f/d)

Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Slovakia is seeking a Senior Team and Delivery Leader to join our team in Kosice, Slovakia. This role is pivotal for disciplinary leadership, overseeing technical solutions, and ensuring the timely delivery of team objectives.

Responsibilities

• Acts according to valid legislation and Slovak Labor code.
• Ensures timely delivery of team objectives.
• Maintains high quality in project deliverables.
• Steers and coordinates the completion of tasks.
• Optimizes the team area using key performance indicators.
• Enhances process efficiency in the team area.
• Presents work results to the next management level.
• Carries out budget planning tasks.
• Manages critical situations and resolves escalations.
• Leads employees in staff-related and functional terms.
• Organizes the team of experts with different skill profiles.
• Manages team structure, workload distribution, and operational methods.
• Cascades higher-level strategy into one's own area.
• Provides conceptual contributions to high-level strategic issues.
• Collaborates with other stakeholders at the highest levels.
• Steers cost items and relevant HR and financial KPIs.
• Supports in building a strong brand and raising awareness of our company.
• Understands industry standards, best practices, and methodologies.

Requirements

• Leadership: Strong leadership and virtual leadership skills.
• Technical Expertise: Deep IT technical expertise, particularly in Business Development, Technological End-to-End (E2E) Responsibility, and Business Case Justification.
• Strategic Thinking: Innovative mindset and strategic thinking.

• Cross-country Integration: Solid track record in cross-country integration and intercultural competence.

Additional Information

• Location: Kosice, Slovakia
• Remote Working: Only available within Slovakia due to European taxation regulation.
• Salary: Base salary will not be lower than 2700 € /brutto. Final salary is negotiable and depends on seniority level and previous experience.
