Responsibilities

• 東日本のEnterprise-Marketセールスチームにおけるマネジメント全般
• 市場動向や競合情報のトレンドを把握し、中長期的な戦略を策定
• SFDCを使用したセールスプロセスとフォーキャストの管理
• コーチングやメンターシップを通じて、個人とチームの目標達成に向けてモチベーションを高める
• チームメンバーの成果を評価・フィードバックし、成長を促進させる
• マーケティングやパートナーセールスチーム等、他部門との連携によるビジネス戦略推進

Requirements

• 5年以上のEnterprise Software関連製品の営業経験
• 3年以上の営業マネージャーとしての経験
• 自部門における採用、およびメンバーの育成能力
• セールスのプロセスや購買サイクルを熟知していること
• SaaSに関する知識
• Box Userであること（尚可）
• 英語力（尚可）
