Senior Team Manager, Enterprise Sales

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Team Manager, Enterprise Sales to lead and manage the enterprise sales team in East Japan, developing long-term strategies.

Responsibilities

• Management of the Enterprise-Market sales team in East Japan
• Understanding market trends and competitive information to develop mid-to-long term strategies
• Managing sales processes and forecasts using SFDC
• Motivating individuals and teams to achieve goals through coaching and mentorship
• Evaluating and providing feedback to team members to promote growth
• Collaborating with marketing and partner sales teams to drive business strategies

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales of Enterprise Software products
• 3+ years of experience as a sales manager
• Ability to recruit and develop team members
• Familiarity with sales processes and purchase cycles
• Knowledge of SaaS
• Being a Box User (preferred)
• English proficiency (preferred)
