Senior Tech Lead

About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Senior Tech Lead to drive the technical direction, delivery, and growth of our engineering team. In this role, you will combine hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring high-quality software delivery while mentoring developers and collaborating closely with product and business stakeholders. You will play a key role in shaping architecture decisions, coordinating development efforts, and fostering engineering best practices across the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and support the engineering team in delivering high-quality software solutions.
• Define and own the technical direction of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Drive project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and technical expectations are met.
• Make architecture and system design decisions that ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Mentor and coach developers through technical guidance, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Identify technical risks and propose effective mitigation strategies.
• Promote engineering best practices, coding standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support planning activities, estimations, and technical decision-making throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development, with proven experience in leading engineering teams and delivering enterprise-grade applications.
• Strong technical leadership skills, with experience defining technical direction, mentoring developers, and driving engineering best practices.
• Proven experience integrating HubSpot CRM and building HubSpot-based integrations.
• Solid experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript development.
• Hands-on experience building front-end applications using Vue.js and Nuxt.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, including designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud-native applications and services.
• Proven experience in software architecture and system design, with the ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
• Experience coordinating engineering teams, planning technical delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices, including CI/CD, code reviews, testing, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Comfortable working in Agile environments with distributed, cross-functional teams.
