Senior Technical Business Analyst

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to lead requirements discovery, analysis, documentation, and delivery readiness for end-to-end Remote Gaming Server (RGS) integration projects. This role is responsible for ensuring that customer, regulatory, business, and technical requirements are translated into clear, traceable, and testable deliverables that support successful implementation across regulated iLottery and gaming platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and solution analysis.
• Produce Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), integration requirements, business rules, process flows, and traceability documentation.
• Create and maintain Jira epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze and document integrations between RGS, PAM/Wallet, ODE, Game Studio, Reporting, and third-party systems.
• Support project delivery through discovery, development, testing, UAT/CAT, release readiness, and go-live activities.
• Facilitate alignment across Product, Engineering, QA, Compliance, Implementation, Finance, and customer stakeholders.
• Manage requirements traceability, dependencies, risks, assumptions, decisions, and scope changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support end-to-end testing, issue triage, and release readiness activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting complex enterprise platforms or system integrations.
• Strong experience with requirements elicitation, documentation, traceability, and Agile delivery practices.
• Advanced Jira experience, including epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to map business processes, transaction flows, system interactions, and integration dependencies.
• Experience working with APIs, JSON payloads, Swagger/OpenAPI documentation, and system integrations.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience in regulated, compliance-driven, or audit-heavy environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in iLottery, Lottery, iGaming, Sports Betting, Payments, FinTech, or similar regulated industries.
• Knowledge of RGS platforms, PAM/Wallet integrations, ODE, jackpots, promotions, reporting, and reconciliation processes.
• Experience supporting multi-market or multi-jurisdiction platform implementations.
• **SQL **knowledge, SAFe certification, IREB/CPRE certification, or regulator-facing project experience.
• Ability to understand API documentation, Swagger/OpenAPI specifications, JSON payloads, sequence diagrams, and request/response examples at a functional level.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end system flows, transaction flows, integration dependencies, system boundaries, and data movement across platforms.
• Working knowledge of authentication concepts, tokens, endpoints, credentials, environment configuration, and release environments.
• Ability to translate technical constraints into business impacts, requirements, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
