Senior Technical Data & AI Consultant

Responsibilities

• Develop Data and AI Strategies: You will advise our clients at the intersection of technology and business. You will translate their business goals into tangible data and AI strategies. As the primary contact, you will guide them from vision to implementation.
• Manage Stakeholders: Through targeted design and moderation of workshops, you will bring stakeholders together. Together, you will refine requirements, develop roadmaps, and validate innovative solutions.
• Design Architectures: In consulting projects, you will design future-proof architectures that accurately reflect complex business requirements and create sustainable economic value.
• Steer Projects & Teams: During implementation, you will take on the technical and functional project leadership and ensure the success of cross-functional teams. Whether it's a proof of concept or the validation of an idea, you won't hesitate to develop the first working code yourself.
• Share & Foster Knowledge: You will create an environment where younger colleagues can develop optimally. Through appreciative feedback, you will ensure a high quality of project work and actively pass on your knowledge.

Requirements

• Consulting Personality: You bring at least 5 years of solid experience in the practical implementation of data and AI projects. You now want to apply your technical expertise in a strategic, customer-focused role.
• Data & AI Expert: Whether data architecture & infrastructure, data governance, data culture & organization, or data & AI products – you have in-depth knowledge in at least two of these areas. In the dynamic data and AI landscape, you keep track, classify new technologies meaningfully, and integrate them efficiently into data and AI services.
• Empathetic in Customer Contact: With a fine sense for stakeholders and organizations, you quickly build trusting customer relationships and convince in technical discussions.
• Translator between Tech & Business: It is easy for you to translate complex content in a target group-appropriate manner. You speak the language of developers just as confidently as that of the C-level.
• Solution Engineer: You are eager to actively participate in customer discussions beyond the project business. You convince potential partners with your technical expertise and tailored solution proposals. You want to develop our offering together with us and make it visible externally (Blog, Talks, LinkedIn, Conferences).
• Language Skills: Very good German skills (at least C1) and good English skills round off your profile.
