Senior Technical Medical Device Coordinator

About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Medical Device Coordinator to support the UK Medical Devices Team in coordinating and supporting the process for Technical Documentation Reviews, monitoring KPI reports, and coordinating resultant actions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage the processes related to Technical Documentation (TD) reviews
• Assist with the management of complaints
• Enhance customer relationships, especially for Key Clients, by supporting client calls and attending client meetings as required
• Raise purchase orders for invoicing clients

Requirements

• Proven experience of working in an office environment
• High level of computer literacy in using MS Office (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) & databases
• Minimum of NVQ 3 in Customer Service and/or Administration
• Experience of producing professional written communications
• Practical experience of Medical Device Regulations or Auditing Regulations
• Experience working to a high level of technical documentation control
