BNP Paribas Real Estate is seeking a (Senior) Technical Property Manager (all genders) in München or Stuttgart. This role is full-time, permanent, and offers the flexibility of working either full-time or part-time.

Responsibilities

• Manage the technical property operations, including compliance with legal regulations, for exciting and high-quality commercial properties.
• Plan and implement diverse technical management concepts and action plans for sustainable value preservation and enhancement of your properties, e.g., technical systems, energy management, and ESG criteria.
• Manage the technical property budgets (CAPEX) and regularly prepare cost-benefit analyses for ongoing technical measures and service providers, as well as comprehensive property reports for our clients.
• Regularly inspect the technical and structural condition of your properties to determine maintenance needs and warranty follow-up.
• As a technical property manager, oversee, control, and coordinate the acceptance of various construction measures, including tenant fit-outs, renovations, repairs, and modernizations.
• Responsible for tendering contracts and selecting and coordinating appropriate service providers, e.g., specialist planners, experts, maintenance companies, facility managers, construction companies.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in technical property management or facility management and knowledge of relevant guidelines.
• Successfully completed technical or vocational training or corresponding studies, e.g., in electrical engineering, facility management, real estate economics, industrial engineering, etc.
• Strong communication skills, customer orientation, entrepreneurial thinking, and structured work approach.
• Class 3/B driver's license.
• Excellent German and MS Office skills.
