About the Position

Senior Technical Writer for Insulet Mobile

We are seeking a Senior Technical Writer for Insulet Mobile to join our healthcare solutions team, creating high-quality technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain technical documentation, including System Design Documents (SDD) and requirements-related artifacts.
• Work with engineers to turn complex technical information into clear, structured documentation.
• Maintain documentation and traceability within Polarion.
• Keep internal and external documentation accurate and up to date.
• Perform document reviews and quality checks to ensure high standards.

Requirements

• Excellent English: You write clearly, correctly, and professionally.
• Technical Mindset: You understand how software is built and documented.
• Writing Experience: You’ve created technical documentation for engineering teams.
• Polarion Experience: You have worked with Polarion or similar ALM tools.
• Organization Skills: You can structure complex information into a logical flow.
• Focus: You have strong attention to detail and documentation quality.
• Teamwork: You work effectively with engineers and stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of APIs and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
