About the Position

We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager for New Energy Large Projects in the Stuttgart region to join our team at 1KOMMA5° Commercial, Industrial & Public Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Technical overall responsibility from the initial site visit to the successful grid feed-in for demanding EPC projects in the commercial new energy sector (photovoltaic roof systems, battery storage, charging infrastructure, and energy management).
• On-site construction supervision as well as technical coordination and management of our subcontractors.
• Ensuring compliance with technical and safety-related standards and acceptance of the services provided.
• Development of technical concepts in collaboration with our planning and engineering teams and accompanying the implementation (e.g., roof coverage, string planning, NSHV, transformers, MS stations).
• Results-oriented stakeholder management with clients, grid operators, and authorities for the successful implementation of projects.

Requirements

• Completed studies in the field of renewable energies, electrical engineering, civil engineering, or a comparable technical qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in the technical implementation of EPC projects in the commercial & industrial sector with in-depth knowledge of rooftop PV systems.
• Secure handling of execution, string, and circuit diagrams (AC/DC) and their review for technical plausibility.
• Identification of installation and execution errors on-site as well as their technically precise claim and consistent demand for the elimination of defects.
• Decision-making security in the face of technical hurdles, confident demeanor towards trades and grid operators.
• A residence in Stuttgart or the surrounding area ensures the necessary travel readiness in the region to be on the road during the day and back home in the evening.
