Under the guidance of Global Procurement, the role will be operating the group business spend and ensuring that it is optimized with operational efficiency. You will act as a business partner to assigned teams, developing effective relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers on the Tech area.

Responsibilities

• Implement action plan to achieve Procurement KPIs such as cash & cost
• Post non-catalogue purchase Orders & contracts
• Support the business with RFP, negotiation to select vendors
• Identify business needs and prioritize operational and financial benefit opportunities
• Assess financial stability and risk of potential vendors
• Support the development of non-standard vendor contracts in collaboration with legal
• Develop and maintain effective strategic relationships with key stakeholders
• Proactively and frequently communicate business results
• Work with business owners in vendor selection and negotiations
• Support development of non-standard vendor contracts in collaboration with legal
• Support vendor audit and ensure all vendor onboarding documents are compliant
• Manage external supplier relationship
• Supplier registration

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in engineering, business, or a related field
• Fluent English
• 5+ years of relevant procurement experience
• Negotiation, Project Management, SRM skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills
• Experience in working with multiple international stakeholders
• Track record of managing deliverables from multiple parties to meet deadlines
• Proven ability to work within strict deadlines
• Experience with Coupa will be a plus
• Strong identification with Farfetch core values
