Senior Technology Transformation Consultant

Influence Tech is growing, and we are looking for a Senior Technology Transformation Consultant with 7–10 years of experience who enjoys working at the intersection of business and technology.

At Influence Tech, we help organizations across industries navigate complex technology transformations and unlock new opportunities through digital innovation. From ERP and core business system transformations to automation, AI, and cloud optimization, we work closely with our clients to turn strategy into real implementation.

As a Senior Technology Consultant, you will play a central role in delivering transformation initiatives and advising clients on how to modernize their technology landscape. You will lead project workstreams, contribute with strategic insights, and work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure successful execution of complex technology initiatives.

In this role, you will combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, guiding clients through technology transformation programs while collaborating with colleagues and cross-functional teams to create lasting value.

Responsibilities

• Lead project workstreams and guide clients in translating business needs into technology strategies and solutions.
• Collaborate with colleagues and senior leaders in client engagements to create value and identify new opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and a professional network across industries.
• Apply a methodical, analytical, and systematic approach to problem solving.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across the organization, including C-level executives.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of relevant professional experience within technology consulting, management consulting, or digital transformation roles.
• Experience leading or playing a key role in complex technology transformation initiatives, such as ERP or core business system implementations, automation and AI initiatives, or cloud transformation programs.
• A commercial orientation with the ability to create value and identify new opportunities for clients.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Good leadership skills with the ability to lead projects, workstreams, and teams in complex transformation initiatives.
• Passion for technology, innovative solutions, and digital transformations.
• Relevant higher education with strong academic results (Master’s degree or equivalent is preferred).
• Fluency in English and Swedish.
