About the Position

Senior Test Manager SAP S/4 IS-U

We are seeking a Senior Test Manager SAP S/4 IS-U to lead testing strategies and manage test plans for VIVAQUA's SAP projects. This role is based in Brussels, Belgium, and involves working on-site for a duration of 24 months.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement testing strategies and plans for VIVAQUA's SAP projects.
• Write and manage integrated test plans with support from VIVAQUA's test manager.
• Conduct and manage test execution and defect tracking, including resolution follow-up.
• Define the scope and schedule of various testing phases and implement detailed tracking.
• Follow the development of test scenarios based on project blueprints and assist in their execution.
• Monitor test progress against the schedule and report defects, including associated risks, to the IT PM and project Steerco.
• Ensure documentation and training align with testing needs.
• Verify that all relevant applications and interfaces are tested to prevent regression post-production.
• Familiarize with VIVAQUA's SAP IS-U application and related applications.

• Advanced expertise in JIRA, including workflow design, dashboard creation, and test management extensions.
• ISTQB Foundation certification required; ISTQB Test Manager/Advanced is a plus.
• Proficiency in testing methodologies (V-Model, Agile, Hybrid), quality risk management, test KPI definition, and structured testing governance.
