Role Overview

Are you ready to lead the development of a new Thinkwise practice within Centric?

Centric is building a specialized Thinkwise team to help organizations develop modern business applications and replace outdated software landscapes.

As a Senior Thinkwise Developer, you will play a key role in this initiative. You will combine deep technical expertise with advisory skills and help clients achieve future-proof solutions. Additionally, you will actively contribute to the further development of our team, our standards, and our working methods.

What You Will Do

As a Senior Thinkwise Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex software solutions within client projects. You will be a sparring partner for clients, consultants, and architects, and you will ensure the quality of the solution from design to delivery.

In addition to your development work, you will mentor less experienced colleagues and contribute to the substantive growth of the Thinkwise practice.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing complex Thinkwise solutions.
• Leading technical trajectories within client projects.
• Modernizing existing software and ERP landscapes.
• Analyzing business processes, data, and application architectures.
• Designing scalable data models and integrations.
• Making technical design choices and architecture proposals.
• Monitoring quality, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Conducting code and model reviews.
• Guiding and coaching junior and mid-level developers.
• Advising clients on digitalization and software modernization.
• Developing standards, templates, and best practices.
• Actively contributing to the growth of the Thinkwise team within Centric.

Requirements

What You Bring

• HBO or WO work and thinking level.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Thinkwise development.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, databases, and data modeling.
• Experience with complex integrations and API connections.
• Experience with software modernization and migration projects.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience with stakeholder management and client contact.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum projects.
• Coaching and connecting qualities.

Nice to Have

• Experience as a Lead Developer, Solution Designer, or Technical Consultant.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and DevOps principles.
• Experience with ERP modernization.
• Knowledge of security, auditability, and data quality.
• Experience with architectural issues within enterprise environments.
