About the Position

Kiloverse is the operational force that helps ventures grow - building the systems, teams, and infrastructure that turn ideas into scalable businesses. Behind every fast-growing product, there’s a group of people who think like owners, act fast, and execute with precision.

Here, you’ll find people who want to break big in their careers - working side by side with entrepreneurs and founders to build ventures that redefine the health, wellness, beauty, or travel industries.

We are looking for a Senior Tracking Specialist to own web and server-side tracking across our D2C brand portfolio. You will be the go-to for measurement integrity - from GTM architecture and pixel health to CAPI/server-side pipelines and onboarding new ad platforms. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role sitting at the intersection of engineering and performance marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain the end-to-end tracking infrastructure across all brands, including GTM, dataLayer architecture, server-side tracking, and conversion APIs.
  • Define, document, and enforce tracking standards, event naming conventions, deduplication logic, QA processes, and implementation best practices.
  • Manage and optimize tracking integrations for advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, and future partners), including pixel deployment, event mapping, Enhanced Conversions, CAPI, and other server-to-server integrations.
  • Monitor tracking health and data quality, proactively identifying and resolving implementation issues, attribution gaps, platform discrepancies, and tracking failures.
  • Lead technical onboarding of new marketing platforms, ensuring accurate conversion tracking, validation, and attribution from launch.
  • Partner with media buying and analytics teams to ensure reliable conversion measurement and alignment between advertising platforms and internal reporting systems.
  • Conduct regular tracking audits across brands, prioritize findings by severity, and drive remediation efforts.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, implementation runbooks, and knowledge bases to ensure operational continuity and team self-sufficiency.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in a dedicated tracking/measurement/martech role
  • Deep hands-on experience with GTM containers
  • Strong working knowledge of Meta Pixel + Conversions API, Google Ads conversion tracking
  • Solid understanding of event deduplication (event ID matching, browser vs. server dedup logic)
  • Experience onboarding and validating tracking for new ad platforms end-to-end
  • Able to read and write JavaScript for custom tag/trigger logic; comfortable in browser DevTools and network inspection
  • Experience with a CDP or server-side tag management platform (Stape, Elevar, Tealium, Segment)
  • SQL or BigQuery for cross-referencing platform data against warehouse data
  • Prior work in a D2C or e-commerce environment with high transaction volume

Salary

Gross salary range is 4000-5500 EUR/month.

Locations

  • Vilnius, Lithuania (4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote)
  • Klaipėda, Lithuania
  • Riga, Latvia
  • Remote

We Offer

  • Health insurance (after probation), on-site physiotherapist, office gym, and fitness classes
  • 7 extra days off, 3 for weddings, hybrid work, and the freedom to work 2 months from anywhere in the world
  • Pet-friendly office, fresh breakfasts, hot lunches, drawers and fridges stocked with snacks and food
  • Rooftop and cellar events
  • 10 social clubs
  • Public transport card for Vilnius and Perks.lt perks
  • €1100 yearly budget for personal or team growth (coaching, mentorship, training, conferences, online courses, subscriptions, books)
  • Opportunity to build impact across 30+ brands worldwide
  • Potential to step in as a co-founder
  • €1500 for every successful referral
