About the Position
Senior Traffic Manager
Location: New York City
Employment Type: Permanent
Work Location Type: Hybrid
About Our Team's Mission
We're hiring a Senior Campaign Manager to run some of our largest and most complex managed-service campaigns, end to end, across CTV, OLV, display, audio, and YouTube. You'll execute on Equativ's own platform and on the major external DSPs.
This is more than trafficking. You'll be the trusted ops partner to our top agencies, the go-to expert on our audio and streaming products (including Spotify), and a builder of new platform partnerships. You'll report to the Director of Traffic Management and work daily with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Finance.
Responsibilities
Own Complex Campaigns End to End
- Manage end-to-end live campaigns, including setup, pacing, delivery, revenue optimization, and KPIs to drive repeat business
- Turn IOs and media plans into clean builds: flights, budgets, targeting, frequency, audience and inclusion lists, deals/PMPs, creative, and tracking (CM360, DoubleVerify, IAS)
- Manage recurring monthly and flighted programs for top accounts, including multi-language and multicultural campaigns
- Monitor delivery and KPIs daily (VCR, CTR, viewability, reach, CPA) and fix under-delivery or performance issues before the client notices
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, support, and tech teams to ensure campaign delivery
- Demonstrate strong technical expertise in ad operations systems, DSPs, SSPs, and ad servers
Execute Across External DSPs and Platforms
- Build, launch, and optimize campaigns directly in The Trade Desk, StackAdapt, DV360, Walmart DSP, and Nexxen, alongside our internal platform
- Set up and manage seats, advertisers, pixels, audiences, and deals in each DSP, and keep access and billing clean
- Traffic on premium and partner environments such as Spotify, Amazon, Netflix, Disney/Hulu, YouTube, and Twitch
- Reconcile delivery across platforms and third-party ad servers, and resolve discrepancies with partners
Requirements
- 4+ years in programmatic campaign management, ad operations, or trading at an agency, DSP, or SSP
- Hands-on experience with any of the following platforms:
- The Trade Desk
- StackAdapt
- DV360 (Display & Video 360)
- Walmart DSP (Walmart Connect)
- Nexxen
- Amazon DSP
- A track record of managing high-budget, multi-channel campaigns at the same time, with strong pacing and budget control
- Deep CTV/OTT and online video knowledge: VAST/VPAID, app and channel targeting, deal IDs, and PMPs
- Working knowledge of ad serving and verification: CM360 tags, macros, and cache-busters, DoubleVerify, IAS, impression, and click tracking
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfort pulling and reconciling data across platforms
- Clear, calm, solutions-oriented communication with agencies and internal teams
We Offer
- Competitive Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 a year
- Hybrid Work Environment: Flexible work arrangements
- Professional Growth: Opportunities for career advancement and skill development
