Job Description, Responsibilities & Requirements

About the Position

We are hiring Senior TypeScript Developers to join our team, specializing in NestJS, Node.js, React, and Next.js for full-stack development. Our senior TypeScript engineers ship NestJS and Node on the backend and React and Next.js on the front, with shared types keeping the two honest.

Why Full-Stack TypeScript Pays Off

When the backend and frontend speak the same typed language, whole categories of bugs disappear: the API contract is a shared type, not a Slack message, and a schema change breaks the build instead of production.

It also changes hiring math. One senior TypeScript engineer can carry a feature from database migration to rendered page, which means fewer handoffs and fewer people idle while they wait on each other.

What These Engineers Have Shipped

Real products, end to end: NestJS APIs with PostgreSQL underneath, Next.js front ends with App Router and Server Components on top, and the typed contract layer connecting them. They are as comfortable reviewing a database index as a component tree.

Each works with our internal AI workflow toolkit, which handles scaffolding and test generation so their time goes into the decisions that need a human.

From Audit to Embedded Engineer

The readiness audit tells us which slice of your stack needs strength first. We match one engineer, you run a two-week paid trial against your actual backlog, and then decide. No recruiter fees on either side, and the 30-day exit stands for the life of the engagement, so the incentive to keep earning the seat never goes away.

The Senior Bar, Applied to TypeScript

We do not staff developers who merely write TypeScript syntax; plenty of codebases are TypeScript in name and any-typed in practice. Our bar is engineers who use the type system as a design tool: strict configs, discriminated unions where they clarify, and generics only where they earn their complexity.

Full-Stack TypeScript Across Two Products for One Western Europe Startup

SeatsMatch brought us in for a single admin panel and ended up with our engineers embedded across two TypeScript products, NestJS on the back and Next.js on the front. The CTO requested extra capacity within two weeks, and the engagement produced two C-suite referrals.
