Senior UI Programmer

We are looking for a Senior UI Programmer with 5+ years of experience in game development to join our team in Wrocław, Poland.

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, artists, and gameplay teams to implement and iterate on UI features.
Own and drive the development of complex UI systems.
Extend proprietary UI framework and tools to support efficient content creation.
Debug and optimize UI code for performance, responsiveness, and stability.
Mentor and support other programmers by sharing best practices and reviewing code.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in game development, focused on UI implementation.
Excellent knowledge of C++.
Experience developing and maintaining complex UI systems.
Experience working closely with UX/UI designers.
Ability to profile and optimize code, focusing on cross-platform performance.
Passion for games and knowledge of latest titles and trends, especially FPP games.
Excellent organization, time management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Very good command of English.
Familiarity with version control systems.

Nice to Have

Computer science education.
Knowledge of commercial game engines such as Unreal Engine and/or Unity.
At least one shipped AAA title developed from start to finish.
Proven history of mentoring fellow programmers.
Experience with refactoring large complex systems.
