About the Position
We're looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our fully remote and mission-driven team. As a Senior UI/UX Designer at , you'll be responsible for collecting and translating user insights into delightful experiences. Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and visually appealing features that address our customers' needs.
Responsibilities
- Design user-friendly interfaces and experiences
- Translate user insights into intuitive designs
- Collaborate with visual designers, product managers, and development teams
- Develop UI mockups, prototypes, MVPs, and final products
- Lead large and complex projects
- Define and prioritize problems to be tackled
Requirements
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Invision, Photoshop, Marvel, and Overflow
- Experience with user research and translating insights into designs
- Excellent communication skills for interfacing with customers and team members
- Ability to lead and manage complex projects
- Strong problem-solving skills and prioritization abilities
