Senior UI/UX Designer (Banking)

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer (Banking) to join our team at Luxoft, a Swiss leader in online trading. With over 500,000 clients and a wide range of trading products, our mission is to deliver high-quality and human-centered design concepts. Your role will involve collaborating with the team and stakeholders to provide the best solutions on time.

Responsibilities

• Identify and realize user personas, user flow, and user journeys
• Produce complete wireframes and prototypes
• Provide intuitive and modern digital interfaces
• Deliver daily UI tasks respecting the timing
• Use & support the current Design System
• Support and propose documentation for components and design patterns
• Demonstrate communication skills and articulate your design decisions to the stakeholders
• Collaborate with other designers to maintain design consistency

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in web and UX design, with experience in the finance, banking, or insurance sectors.
• Knowledge of Atomic Design
• Experience with a Design System
• Strong English skills for client communication
• Proficiency in Figma, including team libraries, auto layout, component properties, branching, and variables
• Good understanding of user personas and user flows
• Ability to demonstrate a portfolio showcasing UX and UI design work, including the process behind it
• Flexible and client-oriented mindset
• Continuously staying up to date with the latest UX/UI trends
• A team player who enjoys working, interacting, and learning with a remote team of professionals
• Highly organised, autonomous, and detail-oriented
