About the Position
We're seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer with 5+ years of experience to join our design team in Kyiv and Lviv, Ukraine. You will work on a SaaS platform dedicated to recruiting agencies.
Responsibilities
- Set up and run proper design workflows
- Solve complex business challenges
- Facilitate UX research
- Collaborate closely with product and development teams
- Take full ownership over the platform's UX
- Define ways of working and set up the delivery process
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience
- A solid portfolio focused on processes, activities, and outcomes
- Expert knowledge of design principles, heuristics, and patterns
- Hands-on experience with different UXR methods
- Design systems creation, scaling, and governance
- Proficiency with modern design toolbox (including AI tools)
- Understanding of SDLC and design role
- Ability to build design roadmaps and set up delivery process
- Great communication/facilitation skills
- Advanced English
Nice to Have
- Experience in reviving and reorganizing complex legacy software
- Experience with complex B2B SaaS platforms and ecosystems
- Experience with AI-assisted design-to-code
- Mentoring and experience in leading design teams/squads
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Degree in design or computer science domain
