Senior User Acquisition Manager

About the Position

We are currently looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to join Embody, a business developing a health & fitness platform for women, designed to support physical well-being through a personalized approach. Our ambition is simple - millions of downloads, seven-figure revenue, and a conscious community of users who choose Embody as their pressure-free training platform.

Responsibilities

• Own the Meta channel - strategy, audience, budget management, and reporting.
• Partner with the Creative team to build and test new ad concepts.
• Collaborate with the Product team to improve web-funnel conversion.
• Spot and launch new acquisition opportunities: channels, audiences, and ad formats.
• Build and manage external partnerships.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, including at least 1 year in a senior role.
• Managed Meta campaigns with budgets exceeding $200K per month.
• Experience working with subscription-based products and web funnels.
• Confident working with numbers, including budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.

• Experience with other digital marketing channels.
• Strong analytical skills.
