Senior UX Designer

About the Position

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer with 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design to join our team in Houston, USA. Proficiency in Figma and design systems is required.

Responsibilities

• Own UX design process on a complex project with a high-load interface.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and requirements collection activities.
• Apply a strong focus on usability tests including cognitive walkthroughs of interactive prototypes.
• Hold close communication with product managers, engineers, and other parties.
• Develop wireframes, clickable prototypes, and task flows based on user needs/stakeholder requirements.
• Maintain, evolve, and integrate the Design system to ensure visual and functional consistency across the platform.

Requirements

• Must have

  • 4+ years in UX/UI design.
  • Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems.
  • Proficiency in Claude Design or a similar AI tool.
  • Strong foundation in interaction design and visual design.
  • Evidence of shipping designs in production applications.
  • Collaborative mindset, with openness to feedback and iteration.
  • Fluent English.

• Nice to have

  • Experience in enterprise applications.
  • Exposure to research practices and usability methods.
