Why this role is important
Digital platforms are now key brand platforms. As a Senior UX Designer, you will develop complex digital experiences for websites and platforms and ensure that user guidance, design systems, and technical implementation work together seamlessly. You do not view UX in isolation, but always within the context of technology, brand strategy, and practical implementation.
Responsibilities
- Design of complex UX/UI systems for websites and digital platforms
- Development of information architectures, user flows, and interaction concepts
- Building scalable design systems
- Collaboration on branding, content, and development
- Managing UX processes within projects
- Presentation and further development of UX concepts
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in UX/UI design or web design
- Portfolio of complex digital platform projects
- Very proficient in using Figma
- A thorough understanding of web architectures and digital platforms
- Very good German and good English
- A structured approach to work and strategic thinking
Crafts & Tools
You’re confident in:
- UX/UI Design: Figma (design systems, component architecture, prototyping)
- UX methods: User Flows, Information Architecture, Interaction Design
- Web development: Basic understanding of modern web architectures. Ideally, you’ll also be able to create prototypes of designs independently – for example, using Framer or Webflow.
