Senior UX Designer

About the Position

We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to help create intuitive, high-quality product experiences that solve complex customer problems and drive measurable business outcomes. You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional partners to turn insights into elegant solutions, balancing user needs with business goals. You'll have the opportunity to shape product direction, influence design decisions, and contribute to a consistent, scalable user experience.

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, accessible, and engaging experiences across the product
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design solutions
• Partner with Product Managers to define and solve customer problems
• Collaborate with Engineers to ensure high-quality implementation
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Launch and iterate on experiments based on customer feedback and product metrics
• Contribute to design critiques and help maintain a high standard of design quality
• Support and evolve the product’s design system and UX consistency
• Stay informed on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in Product Design
• Strong expertise in UX, interaction, and visual design with exceptional attention to detail
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (Figma or similar)
• Experience translating business requirements and user insights into intuitive product experiences
• Hands-on experience with user research, usability testing, and iterative design
• Ability to measure design impact using qualitative feedback and quantitative data
• Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with design systems and responsive web design
• Interest in leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve products and design workflows
• Strong communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills
