At Argo22, we are looking for a reliable, organized, and goal-oriented UX Designer. We seek someone who is not satisfied with the first ideas, but thinks in context and is not afraid to push themselves and the team further. We are looking for a designer who understands technology, follows trends, and understands how software is created today, including with the help of AI. At the same time, they know that the essence of good design remains craftsmanship, the ability to listen, and critical thinking. They see AI as a multiplier of their work, not a replacement for their own judgment. Ideally, they have 5+ years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Participate in important meetings and decision-making processes.
• Collaborative design work with shared responsibilities and critical thinking.
• Receive space for both small challenges and greater responsibilities.
• Integrate AI into daily work – from deep research and knowledge synthesis to workshop preparation and rapid prototyping of ideas.
• Co-create the way we integrate AI workflows across the team – what to automate, where to deploy agents, and how to connect them via MCP with our tools and data.
• Expect regular feedback, mentoring, and joint retrospectives.
• Support personal development – whether it's courses, books, conferences, or AI tools.

Requirements

Hard Skills

• Excellent knowledge of Figma and experience with Framer or other modern tools.
• Overview of frontend (HTML, CSS, React, etc.) for smooth collaboration with developers.
• Understanding of how today's technologies work and how modern applications are created, including AI workflows – from prompting to prototyping to functional MVP.
• Practical use of AI in research, deep research, knowledge synthesis, workshop preparation, or generating and testing designs.
• Ability to set up your own AI agents and connect them via MCP applications with the tools and data you work with, leveraging the full power of AI, not just a chat window.
• Interest in tool design vibes and AI prototyping for rapid ideation.
• Ability to work with data and draw conclusions from it.
• Experience with conducting workshops and design sprints.
• Ability to introduce methodologies and develop team know-how.
• Mastery of user research, both qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Perfect foundation in accessibility and responsive design.
• Experience with design system design and management.
• Follows new trends and systematically improves.

Your main role will be to lead the design of digital products to meet clients' business goals while ensuring users enjoy using them. From initial ideas to final solutions, you will help create a first-class user experience. AI will help you speed up research, find patterns in data, or prepare materials, but you hold the decision-making power. We do not rely on assumptions or the first model output. We rely on verified knowledge.

You will not spend time just drawing wireframes and creating prototypes. You will define user journeys, design UX strategies, set priorities based on data, conduct user testing, and optimize designs. At the same time, you will create your own AI workflows and agents that will take over repetitive tasks, allowing you to focus on the most impactful things.
