At Argo22, we are looking for a reliable, organized, and goal-oriented UX Designer. Someone who doesn't settle for the first ideas but thinks in context and isn't afraid to push themselves and the team further. We seek a designer who understands technology, follows trends, and knows how software is created today, including with the help of AI. At the same time, they understand that the essence of good design remains craftsmanship, the ability to listen, and critical thinking. They see AI as a multiplier of their work, not a replacement for their own judgment. Ideally, they have 5+ years of experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Be part of important meetings and decision-making processes.
• Collaborate on designs. No power plays, just shared work and critical thinking.
• Receive space for both small challenges and greater responsibilities.
• Integrate AI into daily work – from deep research and knowledge synthesis to workshop preparation and rapid prototyping of ideas.
• Co-create how we incorporate AI workflows across the team – what to automate, where to deploy agents, and how to connect them via MCP with our tools and data.
• Expect regular feedback, mentoring, and joint retrospectives.
• We will support your personal development – whether it's courses, books, conferences, or AI tools.

Requirements

Hard Skills

• Excellent knowledge of Figma and experience with Framer or other modern tools.
• Overview of frontend (HTML, CSS, React, etc.) for smooth collaboration with developers.
• Understanding of how today's technologies work and how modern applications are created, including AI workflows – from prompting to prototyping to functional MVP.
• Ability to use AI practically in research, deep research, knowledge synthesis, workshop preparation, or generating and testing designs.
• Ability to set up your own AI agents and connect them via MCP applications with the tools and data you work with, leveraging the comprehensive power of AI, not just a chat window.
• Interest in the vibe design of tools and AI prototyping for rapid ideation.
• Ability to work with data and draw conclusions from it.
• Experience with conducting workshops and design sprints.
• Ability to implement methodologies and develop team know-how.
• Mastery of user research, both qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Perfect foundation in accessibility and responsive design.
• Experience with designing and managing design systems.
• Keeping track of new trends and systematically improving.

How a Senior Designer Works with Us

Your main role will be to lead the design of digital products so that they meet the business goals of clients while being enjoyable for users. From the first ideas to the final solution, you will help create a first-class user experience. Thanks to you, the team and clients will know exactly what we are doing, why we are doing it, and for whom we are doing it.

Every great product starts with the people for whom it is created. Therefore, as a senior designer with us, you will listen a lot, ask questions, map user needs, test hypotheses, and iterate. AI will help you speed up research, find patterns in data, or prepare materials, but you hold the decision and direction in your hands. We don't rely on assumptions or the first output of the model. We rely on verified knowledge.

You won't spend time just drawing wireframes and creating prototypes. You will define user journeys, design UX strategy, set priorities based on data, conduct user testing, and optimize designs. At the same time, you will create your own AI workflow and agents that will take over repetitive work so you can focus on things with the greatest impact.
