Senior UX/UI Designer

About the Position

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer for a full-time position (40 hours per week) in the USA. This is an individual contributor design role, not a lead or strategy role.

The client is one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing job sites.

Responsibilities

• Assist in shaping the integration experience for employers and ATS partners.
• Design for a highly technical, partner-facing audience at the intersection of complex systems and real partner relationships, with genuine ownership from day one.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Product UX Design (Senior IC level).
• Must be hands-on; this is an individual contributor design role, not a lead or strategy role.
• Strong knowledge of Figma.
• Experience with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, or similar).
• Experience working within an established design system.
• Understanding of usability testing.
• Understanding of A/B testing.
• Portfolio must be included with the submission.
• Have strong working-hour overlap with the US Pacific and Central time zones, and some overlap with Eastern time is an advantage.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with ATS, recruiting, HR technology, or developer/API-facing products.
• Experience in designing for two-sided marketplace platforms (e.g., job seeker/employer marketplaces).
• Understanding of applying accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2) and inclusive design principles.
