About the Position
We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to own the end-to-end design of user experiences for a complex B2B SaaS product supported by 8 cross-functional teams.
This role is for a highly autonomous designer who can turn complex business and technical challenges into simple, intuitive, and scalable user experiences. We are looking for a systems thinker who can simplify complex workflows, understand the bigger product picture, and design experiences that work reliably in real-world environments.
A key part of this role is the active use of AI tools in day-to-day design work. We expect you to use AI to accelerate research, prototyping, analysis, and other stages of the design process while maintaining strong UX judgment and design quality.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end UX/UI design process for B2B SaaS and mobile products.
- Translate user needs, product requirements, business goals, and technical constraints into clear and effective interaction designs.
- Simplify complex workflows and make functionality easy to understand and use.
- Conduct and contribute to user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to validate design decisions.
- Use AI tools actively throughout the design process to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, analysis, and other relevant activities.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, QA, and Customer Success/Support teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Present, explain, and defend design decisions to internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with multiple product teams and ensure a consistent user experience across the product.
- Develop and maintain design systems, reusable components, interaction patterns, and UX standards.
- Balance user needs, business priorities, and technical feasibility when making design decisions.
- Support developers during implementation and help ensure the final product reflects the intended user experience.
- Build and maintain a collaborative AI design system that enables different product teams to contribute to and prototype UI solutions under your guidance, while ensuring consistency.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve usability, accessibility, consistency, and the overall product experience.
Requirements
- Strong experience designing B2B SaaS platforms and complex web applications.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent UX problem-solving and the ability to simplify complex workflows.
- Experience working with and evolving design systems and reusable UI components.
- Experience conducting or contributing to user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis.
- Strong ability to understand technical constraints and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain and defend design decisions.
- Ability to work on several projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Strong experience using AI tools as part of the design workflow and willingness to continuously explore new AI-enabled approaches.
- Highly self-managed and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable operating as a solo designer and taking ownership of the overall UX/UI direction.
- Upper-Intermediate English level.
